CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes schedules change, and we strive to accommodate your needs. However, to ensure fairness to all clients and to respect our time, we have the following policy in place: 1. Cancellations or Reschedules • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours notice will incur a 20% cancellation fee based on the cost of the scheduled service. 2. No-Shows • Failure to show up for your appointment without any prior notice will result in a 20% no-show fee and may require a full deposit for future bookings. 3. Late Arrivals • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to adjust your service, and the full cost of the booked service will still apply.
